Who
we are

Healthy Families Sierra County is a community-rooted home visiting program dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers from pregnancy through early childhood. We provide free, voluntary, and relationship-based services that empower families to build strong, healthy foundations for their children.

Our team of trained Family Support Specialists meets families where they are—both literally and emotionally—offering compassionate guidance, developmental support, and connections to local resources. As part of the Healthy Families America network, we are committed to evidence-based practices, cultural responsiveness, and strengthening families in Sierra County one visit at a time.
